My love for wine started over 20 years ago while visiting Napa Valley on my honeymoon. At that time, I knew very little about wine yet fell in love with the entire experience. Listening to winemakers tell their story while pouring our wines mesmerized me and I couldn’t take my eyes off the beautiful scenery that encircled us as we drove from one winery to the next. On our way to the airport, I looked over at my husband and said, “we are coming back here every year.” And so, the tradition began.

In 2016 I started The Brooke Blend as a creative outlet. At the time, I had a stressful corporate job and craved something more that would bring me happiness and inspiration. Over the years, I’ve been able to turn The Brooke Blend into a full-time passion, leaving behind an unfulfilling job in the corporate world. It was a leap of faith and hasn’t always been easy, but I wouldn’t want it any other way. I get to do what I love every single day.

As a native Utahn, I see a huge potential to work with boutique winemakers that are interested in getting their handcrafted wines into the Utah market. As an independent Utah wine broker, I can now work my network and make that a reality.

My passion for wine goes deep and I want to share that passion with others through brand partnerships, virtual tastings and storytelling. Wine shouldn’t be intimidating. I keep things light, fun and approachable. I have completed my wine education through the WSET, level 3, and I'm currently pursuing my WSET Diploma.
